A primary school trivia night goes spectacularly wrong for a group of kindergarten parents as the lies each family tells eventually unravel and explode.
I’m late to the party on this one, but I’m glad I got there in the end. This was a fantastic story, and so well told. There wouldn’t be a single parent or friend of a parent who couldn’t relate to the goings-on at Pirriwee Public School and in the lives of the children’s parents. It’s both hilarious and heart-breaking, often in the same paragraph. Read this book. It’s brilliant.
